Disclosure forms and lobbying registrations filed with the secretary of the Senate during 2007 show that 165 former members of Congress have registered to lobby on behalf of at least one client during the 110th Congress (2007-2008).
There are 78 Democrats and 87 Republicans, 148 House members and 32 senators, 15 members of whom served in both chambers.
